The Peter F. Drucker and Masatoshi Ito Graduate School of Management
The curriculum at The Peter F. Drucker and Masatoshi Ito Graduate School of Management is based on the Drucker philosophy of management in which management is viewed as a human enterprise that intergrates prespectives from a variety of disciplines. Drucker is known for its small classes sizes which range between 25 and 30 students. MBA students are able to take classes from Claremont's other graduate departments.
Many Drucker come from an arts or sciences background instead of a business background. Students can apply lessons learned in the classroom through capstone courses and projects that require students to work with outside companies. Many Drucker students also choose to do internships in their area of focus.
The Peter F. Drucker and Masatoshi Ito Graduate School of Management has 5200 alumni total, including 900 international graduates. 150 of Drucker's international graduates live in Japan.
