Masters in Luxury Management

Written by

A Masters in Luxury Management is designed for those who want to work in the luxury sector and allows you to specialize in areas such as fragrance and cosmetics, and wine and spirits. Business schools like the Monaco Business School at the International University of Monaco have created luxury management MBA programs in response to the need for employees with specialized skills and an understanding of the luxury market. Having a specialization makes graduates with a Masters in Luxury Management more appealing to employers.

The cost of your MBA program goes beyond the annual fees. You will also have to pay several fees and other expenses, especially if you decide to study abroad.

An EMBA is best for mid-career professionals, usually those in management who hold one of the top positions in their company. The biggest differences between standard MBA programs and Executive MBA (or EMBA) programs are the format and admission requirements. In order to attend most EMBA programs, students need to have at least 5 years of work experience -- more than regular MBA programs which usually do not have a work experience requirement. In addition to their years of experience, EMBA candidates are also judged based on the work background they can bring into an MBA program. Some schools even allow you to skip the GMAT or GRE as a requirement for admission. Most EMBA students are also sponsored by their employer.

Since you can study at your own pace from any place where you have Internet access, online MBA programs are the best choice for people who want to get their MBA degree while fulfilling other work and family commitments. There are two different types of online MBA programs for you to choose from:
