Darden Admissions BlogThe Darden Admissions Blog highlights the accomplishments and experiences of Darden students, in addition to providing advice for applicants and information on admissions events. Like Ivey, Darden has a video blog where Darden's Admissions Director, Sara Neher, gives advice to applicants. Darden also keeps a comprehensive directory of all their MBA student bloggers.
Stanford MBA Admissions BlogCreated in 2007, the Stanford MBA Admissions blog provides admissions advice, profiles alumni, and shares links to resources such as webinars and virtual campus tours. The Mythbusters section addresses common misconceptions MBA applicants have about Stanford admissions as well as the MBA application process in general. To give applicants a sense of what it's like to be a Stanford MBA student, Stanford admissions also created the A Day in the Life Photo Diary which shows a week in the life of 15 different Stanford students.
Harvard Business School Director's Blog
The Director's Blog provides MBA applicants with news of new developments from the admissions office, event information and other topics of interest to Harvard Business School applicants. The Real Students of HBS feature profiles current Harvard MBA students and tells you what they are currently reading, eating, planning, and eating.
MBA Insider (McCombs)The MBA Insider blog features information about McCombs' MBA projects, competitions and speakers. There is also a monthly admissions event calendar. Video blogs provide applicants with tips that are specific to the different McCombs MBA programs. You can also find out how to keep up with the latest McCombs news through Twitter and access webinars.
Booth InsiderIn addition to admissions advice, the Booth Insider provides information about what goes on at Chicago Booth's student clubs and networking events. Most of the blog posts are written by Booth admissions officers. All of the information provided in the blog is specific to Booth's full-time MBA program.
