The MBA program at Henley Business School utilizes small group “syndicate” learning where students always work in teams. The Henley MBA program involves 3 stages. Stage 1, Managing the Organization, introduces the core subjects of Managing People & Performance, Managing Processes Systems and Projects, and, Managing Financial Resources. Stage 2, Making Choices, is made up of modules on Strategy and International Business, Corporate Finance & Governance, and Strategic Marketing. Stage 3, Making a Difference, includes Reputation and Relationships, Leadership & Change, Manager as an Investigator and the Management Challenge consulting project. Students can participate in international study projects which look at business systems in different markets. The Henley MBA Program offers the following MBA programs: a 1 year Full-time MBA Program, a 2-year Part-time Executive MBA Program, and a 3-year Flexible Learning MBA Program.

Henley’s MBA by Flexible Learning is a part-time program made up of a combination of online and face-to-face workshops. Attendance requirements include attending 3-4 workshops a year on the Greenlands campus or one of Henley’s international locations. The program is made up of 3 phases which ea ch last one year. At the end of the first and second years, there are optional on-campus workshops to help students prepare for exams. The Personal Development module, which teaches students how to become more effective managers, runs through all of the phases on the Henley MBA program. MBA by Flexible Learning students also have the option to study overseas. The average student is 35 years old with 11 years of work experience and a GMAT score of 500.
