The W. P. Carey School's curriculum relies on team- and case-based learning. Class size never exceeds 50 students. One of the things W.P. This 21-month online MBA program, delivered entirely via the Internet, is designed for busy career professionals, offering flexibility, convenience and an online degree from a top business school. The curriculum includes 36 hours of core courses and 12 hours of electives. The faculty, core curriclum, and several of the elective courses are the same across all of W.P. Carey's MBA programs. Students work in small, personalized teams with peers from other industries. Orientation is the only on-campus attendance requirement. Online content is delivered through the Blackboard course management system, which allows students to interact one-on-one or in groups or teams. Recorded video/audio and apps are used to capture materials for students who travel or who want flexibility in the repetition of information to meet their own learning styles. Online labs via publishers and simulations (based on course) are available for experiential learning. The W. P. Carey School is one of the few U.S. online MBA programs that allow you to earn your MBA degree with an area of emphasis in finance, international business, marketing, or supply chain management. The program has a 92.3% completion rate.
