School Description

The Kelley School of Business at the University of Indiana has two campuses, one in Bloomington and one in Indianapolis at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis, as well as an online program.The mission of the Kelley School of business is to transform lives, organizations, and society through business education and research. The main campus is located at the Indiana University Bloomington, which is known for big ten sports and the Jacobs School of music. Most Kelley students (952, to be exact), however, get their MBA online through the Kelley Direct program. There are also 460 full-time MBA students in Bloomington. Programs like the Kelley Consulting Network, Investment Banking Network, Bloomington Brands and MBA Academies are designed to give students opportunities to practice what they learn in the classroom.

The Kelley School of business has 95,000 alumni including Nestle CEO Brad Alford, Whirlpool CEO Jeff Fettig, Benefit Cosmetics founders Jane and Jean Ford and the last two CEOs at PetSmart, Samuel Parker and Philip Francis. By graduation 80% of Kelley's MBA students have job offers. Kelley School graduates have been hired by companies such as Scotts, Colgate, Procter & Gamble, Nestle, Kraft, Nationwide, General Mills and Kellogg.

Distance Learning Program Description

Kelley's online MBA can take anywhere from 2 to 5 years to complete. The
 online curriculum covers general administration, business law and
ethics, economics, marketing, finance, operations, information
technology, and project management. Students can also take 9 hours of
electives to tailor their MBA program for their career goals.
