School Description

IE Business School, located in central
Madrid, has a diverse student body made up of 2,500 students, 500
faculty members and 80 different nationalities. The majority of
students, 633, attend IE full time, but there are also 138 part-time
students, 336 EMBA students and 20 PhD. students. In all of IEs
MBA programs, over 85% of the students are international students. The full time program is 33% female, the average student age is 29 and has five years work experience. IE has been offering MBAs for over 30 years and has 37,000 alumni working in management positions in 100 countries worldwide.

Since IE is located in the heart of Madrid, Spain's capital, students can experience Spain's rich cultural heritage including museums, parks, palaces, gardens and architecture. The campus is also close to the Alhambra in Granada and the ancient city of Cordoba. Students like the fact that IE's program allows them to interact with other students and learn from their experiences. Distance Learning Program Description

IE's Global MBA is a 15-month online program that includes two one-week residential periods in Madrid, providing students with the opportunity to network with professors and classmates. Students are given the opportunity to connect with other students in various locations throughout their course of study. Specializations: Biotechnology Management, Global Management, Sports Management, Digital Marketing, Corporate Finance, Tourism Management, Information Technology and Marketing & Sales.
