The mission of the Fox School of Business at Temple University is to transform lives through education. Several research and outreach institutes support Fox’s academic programs including: the Institute for Business and Information Technology, Institute of Global Management Studies, the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Institute, and the Small Business Development Center. The Fox Graduate Career Management Center (GCMC) provides Fox MBA students with a Career Management Series, career development workshops, on-campus recruiting, an executive lecture series, corporate visits & networking events. Fox students have provided consulting services to overseas companies through partnerships with Ben Gurion University, Trinity College (Ireland), alumni groups and venture capitalists. Designed for busy executives, the Fox Online MBA utilizes the same curriculum, faculty, and resources as the on-campus MBA program. The program is team-based to help students develop group problem solving skills through a cohorted structure. Cohorts collaborate on projects and review assignments via the WebEx platform. The program is delivered through real-time virtual meetings with professors and classmates. Course content is accessible through the iPhone, smartphones and the iPad. The average Online MBA student is 36 years old with 14 years of work experience, and a GMAT score of 550.
